simmonのリングで使用するラピスラズリは、数種類の鉱物で構成されるラピスラズリ特有の、豊かな風合いが魅力。
深い青色の中に微かな揺らぎや金色の輝きを見つけられることも。
装飾品としてのみならず、顔料としても古くから使われているこの青色は、親しみがあり目を引きます。
通常、プレートやビーズでの使用や、カボションカット(半球)が施される事が多い石ですが、直線で構成されたシンプルなカットを施し、
表面をマットな質感にすることで、スタイリッシュな印象に仕上げています。。
